RETURN POLICY

RETURNS are accepted in limited capacity as most of our products are MAKE TO ORDER. This is important to understand as many items are rare or unique products that we offer so customers have a wide variety of items to choose from. 

As such, we cannot allow returns unless we previously approve the return and approve your return request first. To start a return please use our Return Portal.

If Checkout+ is purchased at time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Common items that we commonly sell will of course be available for return, again - provided we issue an RMA first. 

If an item is a non-stocking item we will require a 30% restocking fee as this item likely not be sellable. 

For items that are defective, we will offer replacement or money back and fully guarantee the quality of our product!
